Replication is the manufacturing process of creating a CD/DVD/BD from scratch through glass mastering or direct mastering, creating a stamper, and manufacturing the disc with special injection molding machines. This is typically for 500 units or more.

Short Run Duplication

Duplication is the process commonly referred to as "burning" or duplicating data onto an existing pre-made disc using CD, DVD, Blu-ray Recordable Disc and USB Flash Drives. Duplicated CD, DVD, Blu-ray Disc and USB Flash Drives are excellent solutions for quick, short run projects.

Each duplicated disc undergoes a complete bit-for-bit verification process to assure data integrity against the master... boasting 100% accuracy on every single disc, from the first to the last.
