Is there a minimum quantity I must order?
No. Order 1 or 100,000 as we're happy to complete orders of all sizes. However price breaks are offered based on volume.

How do I get content to Aerionx for the duplication process?
Please call 1-800-903-1234 to make the proper arrangements for transferring your content.

SPECIAL NOTE: Please send content on high quality DVD/CD (do not send on re-writeable disc - write once only). Make sure your master sounds or functions exactly the way you want it to before sending it to us. The finished discs you get back from us will be an exact match of the master you send us (unless you're also ordering post production or authoring). Please make sure your master is labeled with your name and contact information.

How much data can I put on a CD or DVD?
For data CDs or CD-ROMs, please limit your total file size to 685 MB. This will allow about 10 to 15 MB of space for indexing.

The maximum capacity of a DVD disk depends on the type;

  • Single Sided/Single Layer (DVD-5): 4.7 Gigabytes
  • Single Sided/Dual Layer (DVD-9): 8.5 Gigabytes
  • Double Sided/Single Layer (DVD-10): 9.4 Gigabytes

Can we send you our audio files digitally?
Aerionx prefers to have a physical copy of your master to begin production. However, please contact your Territory Sales Representative at 1-800-903-1234 to discuss the details.

Do I need to keep a copy of my master and art files?
Yes. Always keep several copies of your master and artwork in a safe place. Typically Aerionx doesn't return your master unless you specifically request to have it returned with the completed order.

Does Aerionx offer a guarantee on its services?
Yes. Aerionx, Inc. offers a satisfaction guarantee and will replace defective products.

Can Aerionx help develop the artwork associated with my project?
Yes, we have graphic designers on staff that can offer assistance in the development of your product.

What are the preferred and supported applications used by Aerionx in the production process?
Supported Applications, in order of preference:

  • Adobe InDesign CS 3 or earlier
  • Adobe Illustrator CS 3 or earlier
  • Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0 or earlier

Preferred file types & extensions:

  • .INDD
  • .AI
  • .EPS
  • .PSD
  • .TIF
  • .PDF

Page layout files: Files that combine text and images to make up an image. Acceptable File Formats:

  • Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0 or Earlier
  • .PSD
  • .TIFF
  • .EPS
  • Adobe Illustrator CS 3 or earlier
  • Illustrator formats
  • EPS

Acceptable Colors:

  • Artwork should be submitted in CMYK or Pantone color except art for thermal transfer optical disc labels which should be RGB
  • Some color variation should be anticipated on material printed in-house. If your project requires precise color matching, please contact us to determine how we can best serve your needs.

Platform Issues:

  • While we prefer the Windows XP Platform, we are glad to accept your artwork, regardless of platform.
  • To avoid problems with fonts, all type should be converted to outlines or paths.
  • If the program you are using does not allow you do to this, please include all printer and screen fonts.
  • OpenType and most TrueType fonts can be used under either OSX or Windows XP; PostScript (or Type 1) fonts only work on one platform or the other. We are prepared to work with your art, regardless of platform.
